The Millrose Country Store is only one segment of the family operated business which includes Rose Packing, Millrose Brewing Company Restaurant, Marco River Marina in Florida and the Millrose Country Store. Founded in 1924 by Louis Rose in Chicago, Rose Packing has become one of the premier meat processing companies specializing in a full line of fresh, frozen and cooked pork products including the Rose’s trademark – Canadian Style Bacon.

From this long heritage of quality and perfection the Millrose Brewing Company with the Millrose Country Store were opened in South Barrington, a north west suburb of Chicago. Housed in a complex composed of seven relocated or reconstructed 125 year old barns, patrons are offered handcrafted microbrewed beers, the finest in American fare and a wide assortment of gifts including choice meats and other gourmet items perfect for personal or corporate giving.
